Curbside Pickup FAQ
We don’t have the ability to do that right now, but it’s something we’re working on. We’ll also introduce several other ways to get your library items over the next weeks and months, so stay tuned!
Several tables have been placed outside our front doors; you’re welcome to park in our main parking lot, or in the curved driveway near our return slots. You’ll just need to walk over to your assigned bin, grab your items, and go!
When you schedule your pickup time, we will check out your items, label them with your name, and place them in one of the bins outside our front doors. You’ll just need to remember your bin number and pickup time.
In order to promote social distancing, we’re trying to limit the amount of people who can pick up items at the same time. In general, if you call us in the morning we can reserve your preferred time that day.
The MeLCat system will start up again once 75-80% of participating libraries are open again. We don’t know when that will be, but it will probably be several more weeks.
