Fall Programming for Teens!

With Teen Time up and running since late August, the library is excited to offer more programs for teens this fall!  Currently, we are seeing the library come alive with anywhere from 60-100 teens after school each day.  Snack is provided, along with spaces to socialize, play games, do homework, and destress.  In addition to these Teen Time activities, several new clubs and events are beginning this month.

Kicking off the week is the first Teen Monday Movie Matinee featuring Wonder Woman 1984.  The first and third Monday of the month, we will convert the meeting room into a movie theatre complete with free popcorn for teens!  Showtime is 3-5pm.

Every Tuesday, the MSU Extension of the 4H Club, is hosting a club called "After the Bell" at 4pm.  This series focuses on mental health and wellness with a new activity and theme each week.  This month's include: Build a Book, Meditation, Pride!, and Mixtape.  All teens are welcome to join!

On Wednesdays, the teen specialists will offer Crafternoons with a unique craft that teens can make and take home.

Thursdays we are excited to have Hannah, an MSU Scholar, start a new club called "Let's Talk About Life".  The focus is college prep and life skills.  Join her at 3:30 to learn more!
