1) Call to Order
Smith called the meeting to order at 4:31pm.
2) Roll Call
Trustees Smith, Dodgson and Wilkinson were present. Trustees Zaagman and Cervenak were absent. Also present were Friends Treasurer Toba Kaplowitz, Head of Customer Experiences Jason Shoup and Library Director Kristin Shelley. An East Lansing High School student was in the audience.
3) Opening
A) Approval of Current Meeting Agenda
Wilkinson moved.
Dodgson seconded.
All in favor.
Motion carried.
4) Resolution 01-18 Election of Officers
Carole Dodgson - President
Paul Cervenak - Vice President
Amy Zaagman – Secretary
Wilkinson moved to approve Resolution 01-18 Election of Officers.
Dodgson seconded.
All in favor.
Motion carried.
5) Adjournment
Dodgson moved to adjourn the meeting.
Wilkinson seconded.
All in favor.
Motion carried.
Smith adjourned the meeting at 4:32pm.
