Happy Halloween! Starting Tuesday, October 27, special Halloween Grab & Go Craft Kits will be available outside of East Lansing Public Library during curbside pick up hours. You can get a kit on a first come, first served basis, and if there are any kits left come Halloween, they will also be out that day despite there being no curbside service on Saturdays. Each bag will include supplies for a craft, as well as additional surprises, including a few sweet treats.
