An Antidote to the Dreaded “I’m bored!”

The end of school is approaching, and the age old question remains – what will I do all summer when my kids are home?  Some look forward to a time of less scheduled days.  For others, fear is wreaking havoc.  “There’s nothing to do.  I’m bored.” – is a statement that makes all parents cringe!  The thought and luxury of being bored when you have so much to do each and every day – argh!  Laurie Berkner posted this wonderful list on Facebook (see below!).  Is this something you would like to do with your kids?  Feel free to modify as it fits your family.
