The East Lansing Public Library occupies the ancestral, traditional and contemporary lands of the Anishinaabeg Three Fires confederacy of Ojibwe, Odawa and Potawatomi peoples land ceded in the 1819 Treaty of Saginaw.

Trustees present: Pamela Smith, Ameenah Asante, Shawn Nicholson, Polly Synk, and Amy Zaagman. Also present were Friends Representative Toba Kaplowicz and Library Director Kevin King. 12 guests present.

- 3 individuals from MSU Society of Applied Engineering Sciences were present to make public comment and share $880 donation to library for Maker Studio.

Kaplowicz reported:
- March donations and shop sales: $3,000.
- July through March total donations: $27,335.46.
- Spring Sale in book shop continuing.
- June sales will highlight World War II.
- Friends' volunteers current total: 18.
