The East Lansing Public Library is proud to participate in the Spartans Global Day of Service for 2021. From Wednesday, April 14th through Saturday, April 17th, we're encouraging members of the MSU community and all city residents to donate their non-perishable food items to help us restock our Empathy & Equity Box. We'll have a table outside our front doors from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm Wednesday through Saturday. Patrons are are also free to add or remove items from the Empathy & Equity box any time, 24/7.
Accepted items: canned foods, boxed foods, toiletries
Items not accepted: books, large clothing items, expired food, household items, perishable food (milk, eggs, etc.)
