Joanne Bland, civil rights and voting rights activist.The Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Commission of Mid-Michigan, opens a new window is bringing acclaimed civil rights and voting rights activist Joanne Bland to East Lansing on Tuesday, February 11.  Ms. Bland will be speaking at the East Lansing Hannah Community Center at 6pm on February 11.  Tickets are a suggested $10 donation and can be purchased at the East Lansing Hannah Community Center at 819 Abbot Road, prior to the event.
