Borrow Happy Light Therapy Lamps from the Library

Did you know that the East Lansing Public Library lends light therapy lamps?

Light therapy is used to treat symptoms of seasonal depression, and may reverse symptoms of what we commonly refer to as the "Winter Blues". If you find that you're feeling lethargic or if cloudy days are affecting your mood, consider checking out a Verilux Happy Light.

Verilux Happy Light Therapy Lamps are a new addition to ELPL's Library of Things and are available for free with your library card. Lamps can be borrowed for a period of one week. To check the availability of our Verilux Happy Lights or to place a hold request, visit the library's catalog
