Summer Reading Challenge 2019

Teens in grades 6-12 can register for the Teen Summer Reading Challenge on the library's website or in person at the library.

How does the Reading Challenge work?

Each time teens complete items on the card, they will have a staff member sign the star that corresponds with the completed item and collect a prize.  When a teen has  completed 8 challenges on the card, turn in your card at the Service Desk to earn an additional entry into the grand prize drawing.

How do I enter the grand prize drawing?

When teens register they are automatically entered into the grand prize drawing.  You can also win an additional entry by completing 8 challenges from your Summer Reading Challenge card and turning that card in at the library's Service Desk.

How do I get a summer reading card?

You can have a card emailed to you (you will need to print it) when you register for summer reading, or by emailing  Or, you can pick one up at the Service Desk.
